I had a wonderful surprise after my sweet 17 yr old pup passed away--I got beautiful flowers and a large fluffy bear from my daughter --so bright in his sweater and hat and so colorful it makes me smile----I may be a grown person but I grab that bear at night missing my friend and it makes me feel better--this was jan 14th flowers just now going away----great job and wonderful gift--thanks for making it sonice and thanks to my daughter----
The customer service is amazing at Ellijay Florist. I ordered a set of flowers a year ago that were not able to be delivered. The owner told me they would issue me a credit. Today when I called and just mentioned the possibility of a credit from a year ago being used towards a new purchase the owner was happy to oblige. Even though she did not remember me she honored the full credit amount and was amazing about the situation. I will use them every time I need flowers in the area. Thank you so much for the great service.
