I have tried to cancel a policy with this insurance person, but they seem to require a signature in person despite being 500 miles away. Additionally, to add insult to injury they sent me a renewal notice despite me telling them I no longer have the car. I've also told hem it's no longer registered in the state, but this doesn't seem to matter either.
They are so helpful and the nicest people I know. Thank you for always being able to help me.
