After spending a relaxing weekend here at the resort in one of the beautiful cabins and waking up with deer in the front yard each morning, it's fair to say I didn't want to go back home.
We absolutely love this place! We started coming up to Ellijay 5 yrs ago & this was our 3rd time staying at the resort. Originally we planned to stay in Blairsville to explore a different area but after not being satisfied w/ our accommodations, one of my 1st calls was to Coosawattee hoping something was available. Whispering Pines was the perfect place. It's more than what we need. But the dogs had plenty of space to run around & we felt completely at home. All the cabins we've stayed at, they've thought of everything & exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for the hospitality. We're hoping to own a piece of paradise one day we love it that much.
Always have a blast here. There's a gym , in door pool, putt putt and the river for tubing and fishing. There's also camp grounds .
Nice scenery of mountains. Beautiful sunsets. Peaceful & quiet. Secure area to stay.
I went to this resort back in 2015. I love it there, plenty to do while experiencing nature at the same time which is something í did my entire life. I will be going back this July, the staff there are friendly and caring, the Cabins are very well maintained and the scenery especially at night is just absolutely gorgeous.
