I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy nature and spend a few days on the trails.
Lots of other trails within 30-90 minutes away from camp.
This is a great base of operations for a mountain bike trip. Nice clean cabins, bathrooms and showers. Excellent food with a universally service-oriented staff. You can bike right from your cabin to several trails in the surrounding area. For a nominal fee they will shuttle you in your car then drive it back to camp.
Eat a great breakfast, then get shuttled up to the trails. Or, take the challenge and bike up to them - the scenery and dh's are worth it. When you're done, head back and go to the "barn" for an awesome dinner. Make sure you make it back on time :-).
Indeed Seth! You're spot on. If you're looking for a great getaway for some mountain biking, this is it! Clean facilities. Awesome staff. Great food. Plenty of bathrooms and showers with hot water :-)! There's even filtered drinking water available where you can fill your back packs up located on the back of the "barn".
Giving three ✨ because camp site was dirty, first camp site ever been to without a water spicket. No available fire wood after 6. Female bathrooms are cute and clean but sink totally inconvenient. No closed trash bins for food. Parking completely messed up. Online description of site set up totally misleading. Very close to each other. Not very private. I'm not rating the trails only the camp site. Trails are awesome!!
The cabins, facility's, grounds, home made food, owners/ employees & trails are all a mountain bikers dream come true.
We didn't stay in the cabins but were told by fellow mtbr's who were staying in them at the time that they were awesome. There's also a couple of nice hot tubs onsite :-).
Great food! Awesome mountain biking! Nice bath house for campers!
